AUSTRALIA

All Australian orders are shipped FREE via Australian Registered Post. Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has been sent. Shipping takes approximately 5 days depending on your metropolitan area.

INTERNATIONAL

For our customers outside of Australia Figleaf Jewellery provides FREE shipping for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be changed a flat rate of $25. Shipment will arrive between 5-15 business days. Customers are responsible for payment of any duties or taxes that may be incurred.

 

- Figleaf Jewellery will happily refund or replace any product within 7 days of purchase if the product is found to be faulty.

-Intentions of return are asked to email figleafdesigns@hotmail.com

-The product is to be returned to Figleaf Jewellery within 14 days of purchase date and in original packaging

-Figleaf will cover the cost of the return postage

- Wear and tear of jewellery is normal over time and is not considered a fault so please ensure you follow the care instructions for your piece and handle with care.

-Product will be not be refunded or exchanged for change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
